Mummy is back to work - Week 1

AFter a long long 17.5wks of leave, mummy is back to work.... It is now finally the weekend.

First day of work, mummy is very tired in the morning as still have to wake up for midnight feedings and expressing of milk... But all tireness went off when baby woke up and give a big smile and send to the door. Well, baobei is particularly happy, when asked why she in such a high spirit she said. "Mummy can now go out with me in the morning"... Hahahaha...

In the office, there are many changes, more new faces, some have left, so have changed dept, etc etc.. The whole day is like a refresher day, i need to reset my pc, to review the past cases, refresh the memory on how to use the system... And in my mind, i just keep thinking what is baby doing at home, is he ok, and..... So during lunch hour, when i called popo to check on him, the moment he heard my voice he started crying... Popo says he is ok before you call..... After trying for the 2nd time on the next day, mummy concluded don't call better...

Moving on to the third day, baby really sayang mummy... He wakes up only 1 time for his night feeding which is like 6hrs apart and doze back to sleep after that and still wakes at 7am every morning and smile to us while we are preparing and send us to the door....

Mummy is quite upset where her milk supply drops tremendously... from the 240ml-300ml, 6hrs interval drops to only 120ml-200ml.... Is coming to 4mths, is time to wean him off EBM and start Formula le.... Anyway, i still express during lunch hour in the office.. hope i can just stay on for another 1-2mths... Ganbate!!!!
