Cutie 23months

mummy has been so busy taking of this little boy recently as he has caught the stomach viral and has forgotten to update 23rd month. You now says apply,change, fish, one, two, three and many more. And you luv eating fish... We just love to see the way you play with the balls, toss it, bounce it, kick it. Happy belated 23rd months "Aber-ge= peekaboo". Muakz cutie

Christmas Y2011

While we are on our home at 12mn from Carribean Condo where we just had a Xmas Eve gathering with our friends.

Me: so will Santa be wet.

Puzzles me, so after she made her wish to Santa then I realize it is for year 2012 Xmas, Lolz.

All about Technology

As a last generation folks, not all people are prone to "TECHNOLOGY". Don't talk about smartphones, even computer some may have not touch a computer before. One of the folks - My mum. 

Mum now sitting with kayden playing on ipad as is her 1st time meddling with that rectangle plate, she has no idea why the screen can't move . Kay said :"Popo see" and he slide ard the panel "teaching" her how to play his angry bird app..

Just find this scene is so priceless, too bad i don't have my handphone with me to capture the precious moment.

Me: yes he came and u were sleeping. He sayang your leg and that why now you don't feel so pain right?

Lil Kay @ 22months old

lil kay now says jiujiu, "cuit for biscuit", open, walk walk, wear shoe, chugginton, pororo. He luv making phone calls to his papa, jiujiu just to "chat" with them. Lil boy is getting more demanding and cheeky.. Happy 22nd months mummy and jiejie luv u.. Muakz muakz

2Oct2011, right after the Children's Day, after 2weeks of dancing in the mouth, today it finally drops. She seems to be so excited about it,hmmm i guess i was like this when i was young too.

BB Kay starts walking a@ 17months

Ok.. after awaited for so many months.. BB kay has started walking few steps.. ermm more then 10??? Well, most of time he still prefers to crawl around.. but at least he now start making his steps.. ** Phew**

BB Kay at 17th month milestone

Time flies, our cutie little baby is now 17th month. He now has all of his teeth grown except for his 4 2-nd molars.. though he still refused to walk by himself and rather cruise on his owns or to be carried by us. But he has his wonderful speech developed. He able to say words like BallBall, Ball Where, Ball There, he once surprise me with the word "Over there" and pointing beneath the sofa where the ball is lying. He also able to say "Go Truck Go", and Throw...

He has lots of expressions shown when u scold himhahahaha..

Sweetie also has shown much more sensibly ways. And mummy feels so comforted when she often says how cute is her little bro. It goes to show, she is proud to be big sister..

Disney Princess 500pcs Jigsaw Puzzle

Just last week when we were at Plaza Sg for lunch, Sweetie said she want to go Jigsaw World opp the food court, and there she told me that she wana a new puzzle for her room. Mummy knows that she has a special liking to Jigsaw Puzzle and told her she can choose one design but with condition she has to make it on her own.

She has passed the 50pcs, 108pcs. Next 300pcs it seems too easy for her too. So mummy asked if she wana to do the next tier which is the 500pcs but of course that will be with help from me.. Further to that, think this is also a good bonding with her. Thus we choose the Disney Princess design. And Daddy's jaw almost dropped when we told her this box of puzzle cost around $60+...

For past 1wk, she has been asking everyday if we can do it now.. Answer is - No, pls wait till weekend. So today, after bringing Kay for his MMR jab, and we are resting at home during the afternoon time, decided to get cracking to fix it. And of course, she is very excited about it..

Within 3hours, mummy & daddy have already completed 70% of it. after we came home from dinner, mummy just can't stand the incomplete parts here and there and then she started working on it. Just 1.5hours with help from Sweetie as daddy is attending to Cutie. The 500pcs puzzle has been completed.

Cutie's 15mth MMR Jab

Time flies, cutie has turned 15mths... His milestone: he able to says ""tractor", "bread", "mickey", "hi", "fly-butterfly". he luv eating bread, cereal with heinz fruit bottle, white rice. And he finally hold his own milk bottle *phew after so long* He still not walking yet, guess he has a heavy butt hehehe.. well, based on his developing motor skills don't think this is an issue...

During the check by Dr Linda (don't like her at all an aunty with not much patience).. Cutie has grown taller and now at 74cm, weigh 10kg.. A healthy growth...

IS Jab time, daddy holded him very tightly, mummy grasp his tigh.. and Dr pokes his left thigh.. Gosh he cried soooooo loudly in pain... mummy hear that cry, eyes also turned red.. hate bringing kiddoes for jab how i wish it can just jab on me instead. But well, all & all he only cried for less then 1min.. Well done boy..

Upcoming Gadget - IPad2

Woo hoo... Time to eye for next gadget.. Ipad2!!! It’s 33 percent thinner and up to 15 percent lighter, so it feels even more comfortable in your hands..

I just can't wait for it to be launched to SGP... As promised to sweetie, mummy will get a ipad so as she can play with it and rather to strained her eyes on the pathetic iphone. By the way, mummy has sold off her iphone 3GS to a Korean colleague @ S$350...

Lets see if the guys in montreal is able to get it back for me this week.. Else i will still have to wait for it official launch.

BB Kay stil has no appetite

After we have returned from the cruise, bb kay still refuse milk.. all & all, the milk intake for past 2-3days have been not more then 80ml.. He has lost weight.. His thigh is slimmer, his cheek no longer has the "puff" .. When you carry him, there is not much weight.. mummy is really heart pain lo..

At a point, I have to use syringe to force feed him with milk and only drink like less then 20ml...

2Apr, 4pm: Baby Kay woke up from  his nap, and mummy went to make a bottle of 120ml of milk.. And he finished all up, and he still asked for more.. and ended up he finished another 30ml of milk.. mummy is so happy... Even Popo also said, your son juz started drinking milk can make you jump up in joy.. ;) Only if you are a parent, you will then understand what is called heart pain...

And popo also cooked some porridge for him for dinner, he ate about half of his small bowl..  a good achievement...

Family Star Virgo Cruise to KL - Port Klang

This is our first time taking Cruise ship.. Luckily BB Kay almost recover at time of departuring.. Only that he didn't have much appetite.

30Mar, we reached Cruise Center at around 8.30pm.. By then Jiujiu & family have already reached, and queuing up for Checkin. by 930pm, we are all in the cruise ship.. As usual, Lil Kyl & Chl are the ones so excited about it.. after we settled our luggage to the room (9580 & 9582), we went to one of the dining place for supper and there we had teo chew porridge. And headed back to room after the meal.. Mummy & BB Kay doze off b4 we departs.. Only know lil kyl was telling me when i'm almost to dreamland the ship is moving.. By 12mn, the ship starts sailing.

31Mar, we woke up ard 8am and found ourselves in middle of sea.. we washup, pack and changed... and off to the excusion.. first.. we checked in to L6 for our int'l breakfast served.. Tt is such a crowded place esp they served indian food there.. many many indians on board.. After makan, we sent the girls to 1hr childcare while they get to play in their playground and ends with donut decorating session.. While we the adults with one toddler con't to rackee the ship. And we ended up at L8 choosing the pre-shoot photos.. 1hr is gone, to pick up the girls and all of us played at the game arcade center. Then we headed to the western restaurant where we had our lunch by 2pm we docked at port klang port... And poor bb kay didn't really drink his milk and only live on bread & bb cereal..

After our lunch we head to room for short nap, and then Lil Kyl went to the swimming pool with jiujiu & family.. Then after the swim, we went for dinner again.. After the dinner we headed to the lounge and then we had some drinks and relax there till close to 11pm the ship starts moving again.. and heading home...

1Apr: after our breakfast at the western restaurant, we headed down to checkout counter to collect our passports. And went back to the room to relax again.. sitting at the balcony while watching the ship sails.. By 2pm, we docked at Harbourft Port.

conclusion: Cruise is really boring... If is not we have not taken cruise before, i weren't have spent this $$... Trust me.. Really do nothing, but eat sleep eat sleep.... And even Kyl also said it was boring.. Simply nothing to do...

Hello Shiny Torch

After much consideration, finally bought the Blackberry Torch.. This is the 2nd smartphone after using iphone 3GS.

It is so much complicated as compared to iphone and took me at least 2 days to familiarise with the keyboard and functions.

Anyway.. Hello Torch.. And Bye Iphone..

BB Kay is unwell

BB Kay has started his cough & flu since last tues and have worsen with fever since las thur. Days and nights have been a challenge to both popo and me.. During the day time he has became very grumpy and cranky.. at fine times he still ok, active and willing to play on his own. once he started to change his mood he will demand immediate attention. during the nights, due to his cough and congested nose, his sleep is totally disturbed. he got very agitiated and will use wake up crying very badly.

As usual, during the nights, who will usually wake up and attend to the unwell child?? need not to say, Popo & mummy. What about him? to him-> he needs to have lots of rest and sleep so as he is able to work for tomorrow. Next question? he needs sleep what about me? I know i have been throwing alot of emotional comments update on my FB, kinda announcing to the whole world what is going on.. I know if he saw it he won't like it, well i really can't endure and has no wish to talk to him about it. Further to that, mummy has been unwell with sore throats, flu, cough as well as occasional headaches.

23Mar, 230am: Baby Kay woke us up with a temp of 38.7, and after giving him with paracetamol, with help of sponging we manged to cool him off and after a while he doze back to sleep.

24Mar, 1am: Baby Kay again woke us up with temp of 38.5, again mummy sponge him.. it has been consecutively 2 nights where mummy took her own medic, and was forced to wake up middle of night drowsy and pain throats..

25Mar, 12.25am: Baby Kay fever shot up to 39.1, we did the sponging and with medic, by time he manage to sleep back, his temp has dropped to 38.6

26Mar, 8pm: Baby Kay took his nap later then his usual, Lil Kyl has gone out with her daddy late that afternoon. So mummy quickly took her shower, and rested by his side watching TV prog while he is still sleeping. Suddenly, cutie wakes and his temp shot up to 40.2.. Mummy quickly called daddy to ask him to come home immediately and if necessary to send him to hospital. While waiting for the daddy-daughter to come home, sponging is the most effective way. During this interval,  Cutie looks very very listless, i seriously wanted to tear out after seeing how miserable he looks. It is just so painful.. close to 830pm. both daddy & lil Kyl reach home, they con't on with sponging but this time round with ice water.. I am just so impressed on Lil Kyl who has been by his side helping out to change the cool hanky on his body. for about 30mins, with cool sponge, the temp drop down to ard 39. Still not enough, we undress him and send him for shower. Yes this help, temp went down again to 38.5.

27Mar: for the whole day we thought the fever has been controlled by the medic.. So we took kiddoes to T3 for dinner.. And after we came home we gave another dose of paracetamol to Cutie ard 930pm and by 10pm we all have knocked out.

** For the past few nights, I seriously have inadequate rest, in average i only sleep for 3-4hours. And seeing him still lying on the bed snoring away  while we (popo & me) trying to coax this little boy middle of night. He has really pissed me off, didn't quarrel, no arguement, -> I just can't be bothered to talk to him. He asked I answered.

28Mar,4am: We missed the medic feeding at 12mn, and fever comes back again this time temp at 39.2. took BB Kay out to the kitchen gave him some milk followed by Nurofen. And he did came out to help out this time round.  Probably someone has feedback to him about what i have posted. I wasn't delighted at all, to me is just your responsibility to do it. And also he has reached my highest level of tolerance.

Cutie 14th mth milestone

Now cutie is able to identify and name "ball, car, bear, book, bird, fly aka butterfly"... he is still crawling, however he now attempts to stand without support for more then 10 secs.. seems like he is almost ready to start his first walk..

Basically he is quite an easy baby, so long as he is well-fed, clean, with adequate rest.. he is a cheery baby and really know how to please everyone by calling, papa, mama, jiejie, popo, jiujiu... he luvs singing songs and recently we managed to decipher a song he is humming.. "Chuggington"..

Cutie now has a total of 6 teeth with 4 on top (central & lateral inscisor), and 2 bottom (central inscisor).. He has 2 more coming which is bottom laternal inscisors.. and we are now seeing 2 swollen bumps and expecting his 1st molar soon.. now he is a grouchy and grumpy baby... i'm thankful he never rejects brushing teeth, and he luvs it..hope he will grow with healthy set of teeth juz like his sister... http://www.babycenter.com.sg/baby/dailycare/teeth/

He still drinks 180ml-210ml of milk at 3hours interval with cereal as lunch and porridge as dinner.. He likes going for strolling every morning. He likes to stand at the window looking out for birds and cars...

Contemplating between Voyage de La vie & The Lion King.. Decided to watch The Lion King and bought the Cat C tickets @ $165/pax.

it is full house for the show, story line is the same as per the Disney cartoon - Lion King.. Only presented it as a stage performance. The costumes are really very very nice.. And best vocals of each individual is really good.. Enjoyed the show very much. *Thumbs up and worth the $*

Trip to KL 5-7Mar 2011

When is the last time we travelled by our own??? last trip was in Y2006 to Phuket. This year we planned for a short weekend getaway - where? - To KL.. Why? - suppose to visit friends/one of our my biz contact and in the end friends turned up but biz Contact was outstationed.

Nonetheless, it was really a quiet trip. There is no one beside us "talk talk talk"

We booked our flight via Airasia at a super lower deal.. 2 paying adults with tax, 2 way cost $150... Timing wise we picked the later afternoon time.

At the airport in KL, it is a budget terminal after we alight from the plane we need to walk walk walk to the immigration. You can also see how the budget terminal works.. We got in a cab cost RM73 to the KL Sheraton Imperial Hotel. And we checked in to our RM 2201. Is a pretty nice and cosy room..

The night we left to Chinatown & Central Mkt, was so hungry then as it is already past 7pm and we only had a small bite in the plane. And well as usual I crave for the Msia KFC chix.. don't ask me why. it just taste so yummy.... we went to the nearest KFC and grab a set for 2 each holding 1 drumstick and start eating while walking ard the Central Mkt. Daddy said he has never get to Chinatown before for his past trip, ok.. let me be the tour guide.. And we managed to get the "jelly drink" which is very famous along the street. We stop over 1 food stall where it sells Bah Kut Teh and that where we ordered all the dishes without rice.

Day2, we had our breakfast in the hotel. At 11am, came with William, Yinfung& Grace, they are my excolleagues & current colleagues.. we had our lunch together & settled in a drinking place @ BAngsar Village (Sg Holland Village). Then he dropped us @ Pavilion shopping, and we spent our night walking front, back in the mall.. Is soooo giant!

Day3, after taken our bf, and checked out from our hotel room, we walked down to SOGO and then we took a cab down to KLCC where i spent my last 100RM on mani & Pedi hahahahaha.. .
Ok nice nails done, time to head back to hotel pick up our luggage & home here i come... we got in a blue cab, and we asked the driver if he want to send us to airport. Price set at 110RM fro KLCC - hotel - Airport.

Past & Overdue- Valentine's Day Y2011

Though we didn't really wanted to celebrate this year valentine's day.. Maybe should consider a compensation for not able to celebrate our past 2 yrs Anniversary which falls onto the same month. This year, it crashed with our CNY Eve and year before was during my confinment month.

Mummy made an appt for sweetie to DP Dental @ Kovan as she claims to say she has a toothache, the parttime cleaner schedule happen to crash with her dental appt. So daddy brought her to dentist, and mummy stayed home with cutie.

Hours later, both daddy & daughter came home... and he is holding this bouquet of flowers, she is holding a card at the back of her.. and came with "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY MUMMY"

Tears nearly fall when open the card and see the content... I love you too... Muaks

Back from Missing in Action

Now then i realise I haven't been blogging for 3mths!!! Life has been sooooo hectic when time simply not enough. How I really wish we can just have some additional time in life...

Just breif touch on what I have been busy with lately....

23 Jan 2011: Our precious prince first birthday. We first booked the Bungalow Chalet from the National Service Country Club with help from Daddy's friend, we got it a the member's price which is 30% off from published rate!.. With just less then 2mths, we need to confirm the guest list, Gosh is gona be another BASH!!! with 100 over invited guest.

After being the faithful customer of NeoGarden for many many years.. Hmm guess close to 9yrs.. we decided to have a switch of caterer.. Ah Peng catering!... Their speciality Prawn Paste Rolls and famous in teochew cuisines..

Cake- mummy now has a special liking in Pine Garden Tier Cakes.. Lychee Martini & Triple Chocolate.. Yummmms..

Entertainment- Due to the increase in number of children, and mainly because of our princess we decided to engaged an entertainer to entertain the kids with magic show, games & balloon sculpting..
