After 2.5wks of wait after the operation, today is the 1st schedule PN massage.. really look forward to it, as Rohaya has said, the massage will be a little different between Pre & post Natal.. Prenatal is more like gentle stroke and post natal will be more towards kneading.. to me, it doesn't make much of the diff except for the additional herbs used..
Other than the lotion used on my body, Rohaya has used some special herb to put on my face which supposingly will help to whiten my face and look more radiant.. How true, no idea...
Then towards the end of the session, she then apply another herb on my forehead and this to help to prevent me from getting giddy,,,
Well, 1 big difference is, the abdominal binder.. since I got the binder from the hospital i always got wrap to the maximum... But today i then realise that the binder can go 2rounds ard my tummy!!!.. Show you pix later on.
