Daddy's Birthday Y2008

Unlike Mummy's bday filled with surprises & programmes, daddy's one is in a smaller scale.. haha.. why??? Economic recession, must cut budget... Well, is daddy whom has tot that we are going for Xmas holiday soon, so save $$..

We went to Taka for our lunch.. nothing special about lunch...

Then we brought Daddy to Mont Blanc to choose his gift... in the end it was chosen by Baobei...


Is about coffee time, we went over to Bakerinz @ Wisma... while daddy went to his toilet, baobei & mummy co-arrange with the Waitress to serve him a slice of cake while we sing him birthday song...

And daddy got was caught in surprise....

After going to the Singapore Expo Crocs warehouse Sale.. is time to go for dinner...

Daddy said to go ECP for dinner, and baobei insist to go to the beach.. See how much fun she has...

Happy Birthday Mummy Y2008

 

Few more hours, is going 2b my bday....

Today there are 2 surprises which were given by my good friend cum ex colleague, SiewSiew... & of cos daddy... hehe...

Around 9.30am while still struggling with the morning emails... came with this little sweet sheep carrying a box of chocolate with a small bouquet of roses...
  
  

There is no words to describe this feeling, it is sweet.. juz like gulping down a big pot of nice chocolate...

Haha.. thought daddy didn't have any action and purposely sent out this pix to him... giving him a superb obvious hint...

Well, time passes fast, after lunch, around tea time 3.30pm, came with another pressie.. This time round, is indeed from Daddy.. Haha.. the feeling for this isn't as sweet as the 1st time... But can see that he is super multi-tasking this pressie.. With A Big balloon (muz be for baobei)... And a teddy bear with 2dozens of orange roses.!!!

  

Thank you to my dearest buddy & of cos thank you to Daddy..

You both have really brighten up my day..

Nontheless, today popo also asked mummy to go home for dinner as she has cooked the noodle for her... Thank you to popo, without you i won't be here as i am today.. hehe...

Congratulation Aihui & Jeffrey on your big day...

After a long long wait, finally is our cousin Aihui's big day.. Congratulations to both, and wishing you a blissful marriage...


Main focus is still baobei... ?Haha... cos noone help mummy take pix...

Mooncake Festival @ the River 2008

Today is the eve of Mooncake Festival, we went lunch @ dianxiaoer, Vivocity... Both baobei & meimei "chopped" their dagu.. with 1 Doraemon plush toys each.. See how happy they are...
 

After which, daddy & mummy brought baobei to Clarke Quay to Mid Autmn Festival by the river...

Mummy snapped the pix of those animal signs belonging to us, for Daddy is the snake, mummy is the goat & baobei is the rooster.. Nice?

Baobei's 1st attempt on "sparklers"

Since is mooncake festival, we let baobei tried out on the sparklers.. and well accident does happen, she "burnt" her little fingers twice but nothing serious...

Frankly, the lantern festival is now not as "happening" as compare during the old days... Where they are many children playing around.. With the new estate, people are more 'reserved'

Daddy & Mummy 5th Customary Wedding Anniversary

How time flies, this is our 5th Customary Wedding Anniversary...

Well, we did nothing much.. Daddy is out the whole of morning to Golf.. and only came back after lunch hour... And at nite he is going to attend one of his good friends wedding...

So this mean he only left with 4 hours with us on this day... And minus off the time he spent at Hello Shop this afternoon getting a new HP Nokia E51 as he will be going reservist for the next 3 weeks.. This is a good excuse for him to get a new HP without camera...

Before lunch, he gave mummy a sms to tell her that he is going to give her a surprise.. to her, this is also another excuse, he has in advance dated his golf buddies to go shopping for their golf stuff!!.. And when he is back, mummy also can't be bothered to ask him what he bought...

Stop the lengthy crap.. he bought a cheesecake from Breadtalk.. Can't complain much, at least thr is still something on this day.. Think i'm still lucky he rmbr.. haha

Baobei's 1st Movie Show In Theatre - WALL E

        
Since this week is a school holiday, daddy & mummy took a half day leave today.. and brought Baobei to watch movie in a theatre... As this is the 1st time, daddy bought 3 tix for us and popcorn set with drinks..
  


When stepping in to the theatre, baobei is a little reluctant to settle down in the theatre.. Lucky this show is meant for kids and coincide with school holiday, there are so many children around.. Seeing other children running in, and parents got their children with the "booster seat".. baobei finally sit quietly, enjoying every single bites of popcorn while waiting for the show to start.
  

Everything went off well, except.... 10mins after the show starts, baobei wanted to sit on my lap, and soon after she dozed off... She slept throughout the whole and woke up just in time to catch the final part of the show... Haiz.. next time we will avoid her nap time loh... With the aircon, dark room.. is such a good ambience for a nice nap.

Baobei new haircut from Super Cuts Compasspoint

Since the last time baobei has her haircut @ Jean Yip Compasspoint by this stupid Stylist, we really have a hard time to trim her hair.

The so-call "professsion kids stylist' ended up snipped off most of hair with layers & layers & LAYERS!!!!. ... sorry this really displeased mummy, till date, i will just curse & swear to that stylist everytime when baobei goes for her haircut,

This time round, mummy decided to bring baobei to Super Cuts, where this young, pretty stylist came over... After she has commented how much layer she has, she started snipping & snipping...

Towards the end, then we realise she is the DIRECTOR of that branch.. Luckily she only charge us the normal rate of S$16.50 for her haircut. And at least now her hair is much neaty...
