My 3D2N Staycation in KTPH - How it started

On 26 Sep after our usual lunch with colleagues in Century Square. Weather was hot, and walking a distance back to office was really killing. After came back from lunch, started to feel terrible, thought it is just after meal syndrome.. but No... by time is about 5pm, i started having joint pain, feeling very lousy, and upper abdominal pain. I decided to just go straight home and skipped the badminton session. (my colleague was still kind of mad about me, thinking i'm just giving excuse not to go as i told her the day before can i not skipped one week)..

Got onto a cab, and headed back home but i decided to just stop over to my GP just in case i still need to walk out later. at the GP, doctor scan a mild temperature of 37.7 and based on my description and check on my tummy.. he diagnoised me with "STOMACH FLU", as given with a day MC to rest at home.

Mum was surprise to see me home so early as she thought i will go for my weekly exercise. Just replied to her, "i'm having a fever now, and i just want to rest". as usual, I took my shower, and went down to fetch sweetie from school bus. Came home, settled her with dinner.. I just drank a bowl of soup, and off i went to pop my medications and ly on bed... At about 11pm when hubb came home, i was feeling super cold and shivering. Even asked him to pass me a jacket. My abdominal pain was also up to the next level however it is still quite bearable... After he passed me the dosage of medicine i went back to sleep till..... 5am... the pain worsen is so unbearable.. i cried and woke hubb up.. there noting he can do.. he took my temp guess was pretty high.. and fed me with the next medicine. I can't stand sleeping in the aircon, so i went out to living room and sleep on the couch...

Managed to sleep through and woke up around 9am. i tried getting up from couch but i need help. the pain is more intensed and constant. i cant' even walk with my back straight. Mum asked why don't i go see doc again, and call hubb he was engaged in training. She nearly wanted to call an ambulance to send me to hospital where i told her no need will wait for Allan to pick me after his training.

Hubb came home around 1pm, and send me to KTPH A&E. ..... continue in part II
