Fireworks in SHANGHAI....

Today we just had app 3-4hrs drive from Hangzhou back to Shanghai... As Uncle Driver wanted to find fireworks for us... And plus a little jam while on the way home...

Uncle Driver asked around and finally found 1 shop selling these fireworks...Paid like 150rmb for these...
   


We headed back to Shanghai, just outside the guard house @ Aunty Van's house, daddy lighted up the fireworks.. Total 88 pops!!!..

Baobei stayed in the car with Aunty Van, Avos & Savea...

Mummy as usual took the photos... and then she took this video clip... little dark... oni for a short while. cos camera batt flat...

 

Our Day 1 in Shanghai- Nanjing Road & The Bund

Our 1st day: We took a taxi down from Shuicheng Road (Puxi) to Nanjing Road, weather is still pretty chilly... as is Baobei's 1st time experiencing cold weather, thought to "wrap her like a bak zhang"....

The kids really enjoying themselves with all the "tourist attracting travel modes"... At Nanjing Road, we ride on to the Tram that will bring us to & fro along this road...

   

Then we head down to the Bund... where we can see across "Oriental Peal Tower".. Baobei said 'MING ZHU TA"

At the Bund, we took the boat cruising along the Yangtze river.. 

 

20th Feb... Flying to Shanghai with Baobei....

This is our 1st time travelling with little Baobei on plane.. is going to be 5hrs flight... wonder how will it be...

Early in the morning, woke up ard 6am to get ourselves prepared, did our final rounds of luggage pack.. Changed Baobei into her "gaigai clothes".. 

Our flight from SIN (T3) - PVG, taking SQ830 departing 10.05am reached 15.15pm... We have done our internet check-in on 18th as email confirmation as below. Had our breakfast at Burger King...

Guess Baobei is very co-operative throughout the whole journey.. and travelling with young children, really have to choose the right flight... Baobei is well entertained by the in-house entertainment.
    

Happy Valentine's Day 2008

Happy Valentine's Day... A very simple day.. We just have a simple "LOk Lok" HK food @ Vivo City B1. After dinner, we head to Sentosa Flower Bloom... Our 1st time taking the Sentosa Express, and is cheap!! S$3/ per adults, baobei's entry is free.. (tt's incl of Admission to Sentosa as well)..


Just 2 stops away, we reached Imbiah Station. 

The flowers are gorgeous... BUT>..... baobei got frightened by the giantic Merlion behind.. and kept wanting to "go home" sigh...
  



We tried to persuade her to spend abit more time, take some pix and head home... 

     
 
And from daddy this year, is a box of Chocolate... (don't know if he wants me to grow fatter) ??? As I always say he put on so much weight... And BB's present is a bag of Teddy Bear Candies which she has finished it all during the pacifying...

CNY Y2008 Day 4

Today we have Avos 4th Birthday Party, Baby Adelle's Baby Shower http://debbieandairrence.blogspot.com & friends' gatherings all happening at the same time!!! How??? Daddy, Mummy decided to drop off all the gatherings and spilt the appearance...

Baobei of course, follows mummy to attend Avos 4th Birthday PArty @ Hougang MacDonalds.. With Food, Games & Balloons.. how to resist.??

But... Baobei is quite grouchy and doesnt really enjoy herself thou...

Aunty Van says can no longer call me Meimei le... Cos... There is another meimei see, Savea!!!. Isn't she chubby??

 

Barney's Car Ride

 This little Purple Dino has made both mummy & daddy spent really lot...

When girl is moody/ grouchy, or even behaving well.. We have to really hunt high & low for this car where-ever we are...

CNY Y2008 Day 3 - BLUE FAMILY...

Blue.. blue.. blue... The theme for today is to wear Polo Ralph Tee & Jeans... Mummy bought 3pcs of Polo tees from Polo Shopping Spree ** Guess how much it is?? Only S$105 for 3pcs... CHEAP!!!!....

Today's theme is Smart Casual.. Baobei put on her ZARA outfit which Daddy bought for her... Cool??? 

With this monkey face, of cos is COOL!!!

AFter Da-gu's place we went to this Auntie's house, Baobei got so frightened off by the Lion Dance... That she just cling on mummy, and kept telling mummy she wants to go downstairs... 

Daddy leh... sigh.. he got so engrossed with the lion dance and not helping her, and makes mummy so displeased about him... Luckily is only a short while...



 

Our 1st day of CNY 2008 - 7 Feb 2008

GONG XI GONG XI.. XIN NIAN KUAI LE!!! 

DAY 1 Itinerary
9am - Breakfast with Popo, Jiujius & Jiumas
10am - Dajiu has something on, so we were @ his place also to pai nian... Nothing to do, take pictures!!

10.30am - Went to Da-Bo GOng's place.. This is my 1st time going back after married for 6yrs everyone is so happy to see us there...
11.30am - We proceed to Great Grandma's place and have our lunch there, there is the most fun.. There is the place you can really feel the warmth of family...
  
Does our little princess looks like Korean girl?? Mummy is so glad that she is willing to put on this "Da Chang Jin" on the day.. Hehe...

2pm - 4pm : Went to Ah-gong's place, see our Princess kylie & Princess chloe...
Then.. is home sweet home.. And is Daddy's & Mummy's Gambling Time...

A new pair of Clarkes Shoes for all weather.. Specially went down to Clarkes @ Suntec City on 19 Jan, as the sizes are running out!!!
