My 1st cooking for Grandma...

Since grandma's previous incident, she has been moving week by week to each individual aunty/ uncles place to stay. The reason why i decided to pen down this, first this is my 1st time doing what i shld do as a grandchild to her.. deep down in my heart, i know that thru out the years, i have not really spend time with her....

This week, is my mum's turn... So i offered my saturday for her... So as we can spend our day with her... She saw the MJ Table in the room, and her hands are itch.. tried calling last minutes leg.. but no one can make it. This is the only thing i feel so bad... next time when she comes i must make sure to arrange MJ session.

All started on last nite, we drove to Giant Parkway.. Bought some groceries... buy meat, buy veggie, buy biscuit.. Anyone whom has came to my place before will know, i have not much "spare food" at home.. except for Kiddo's tidbits..

9.30am, when bro drove Grandma over.. quickly prepared lunch. just in case, she may not get used to our sat's lunch time...

Requested by daddy, lunch menu:
1) White Porridge
2) Stir fry pork mince
3) Egg with pork/ prawn...
4) Stir fry Veggie (Pa Bor Chy)

And this is the 1st time GRandma tasted my cookings.. and her comment is 'nice'... hehe...

With the clean up and all, had a really long chat with her today... we chatted from past to present... and this is the first time we both had such a gd chat... in my broken hokkien...

Soon is time to prepare Dinner.. Mum called to say she will be coming by...

Dinner menu:
1) Rice
2) Herbal soup - prepacked by Eu Yan San
3) Ginger pork
4) Mini sausage
5) Cai Xin

Time passes really fast, after dinner, uncle is coming to pick her home..
